The discriminating Owners passion for this project is to do something good for the community.
To provide a great location for small retail shops as well as community pride was the owners
desire. A certain level of symmetry was utilized in the future facade design remake. The
owners interest in Victorian style architecture was a key design element in the overall theme.
A "Cape May" or "Seaside" design approach was deemed appropriate by the Designer.
Future plans include signage, landscaping and aesthetical lighting. Conveniently located
along busy State Route 51 in Perryopolis this exciting project will be a welcome sight.
