The design criteria for this project was to provide a carriage house and a means by which to
have a covered walkway. Of course, the Clients and Designer realized the structure was in
need of aesthetical details fitting of its extraordinary location nestled in the Mountains. An
Arts & Crafts flavor was decided as the appropriate approach to the overall theme with a deep
woods tone. The home now exhibits an estate-like attitude but still warm and inviting.
