The discriminating Owners desire for a stately and handsome Georgian Revival home was the
inspiration for this project. The location is quite fitting as it overlooks the countryside and city
beneath. The home was strategically located so that interior viewshed from the grand staircase
would permit a view of not only the mountains beyond but the illuminated Cross at Jumonville at
night. An open and flowing floor plan boasts views of over 100 feet diagonally inside. Wasted
space has been eliminated as the design incorporates no hallways. A magnificent master suite,
three additional bedrooms, a separate guest quarters and a wonderful second story double loft
are some of the featured design elements. Future window and detail treatments as well as
additional landscaping are planned.
